We are providing a range of new and affordable homes across Essex neighbourhoods through a strategic development agreement between us, Flagship Housing Group and Savills.

Zero-carbon homes at Green Space

Our Green Space project is the first carbon-neutral housing scheme in the region and has doubled the number of zero-carbon affordable homes in the country.

A level-six rating - the highest possible - of the Communities and Local Governments Code for Sustainable Homes was awarded in August 2010.

New homes for the future

Our development programme comprises of over 500 homes across 12 local authority areas (Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle Point, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea, Tendring, Thurrock and Uttlesford) with plans for 2,500 more homes over the next five years.

New homes include a range of property types and tenures such as low-cost shared ownership and accommodation for 'key workers' in both rural and urban locations.
