Please contact us if you need the services of a translator or would like us to cimmunicate with you in a specific way such as large print or audio (CD) for example.

In order to tailor our services to our residents needs, we need to know who they are will regularly contact residents asking for information to build up a profile and keep our knowledge up to date.

Our equality scheme

Our Equality Scheme sets out our commitment to not disadvantage any resident or member of staff due to their age, disability, faith or religious beliefs, gender, race or sexual orientation.

Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs)

EQIAs identify if our practice, services or policies, could have a potential adverse impact upon a particular group of residents or employees due to their age, disability, faith and religion, financial situation, gender, numeracy/literacy capabilities, race or sexual orientation. We have carried out EQIAs of our allocations & lettings policy, recruitment & selection process, and decorations programme. If you would like a copy of these please contact us on 0845 155 3000. • Antisocial Behaviour and Anti-Harassment policy

• Resident Involvement Policy (including the Leasehold Management Policy)

Regulatory Code

The Regulatory Code & Guidance on equality and diversity includes requirements for us to demonstrate our commitment to equal opportunity when carrying out all functions and to set specific targets in relation to black & minority ethnic (BME) people, in areas such as tenant satisfaction, lettings & racial harassment cases.

There are a multitude of agencies who recognise that people have a diverse range of characteristics and needs, which may require, or benefit, from tailored support and/or advice.
