Atholl House, our Chelmsford town centre office, offers face-to-face help and advice for all your housing enquiries. Our Customer Service Advisors will be happy to help.

Pay your rent (no cash accepted)
Check your account balance and payment history;
Report antisocial behaviour;
Report a repair;
Find out about your moving options;
Claim welfare benefits you may be entitled to;
Use the internet free of charge (for limited periods) to check
Check the Home Swapper books to identify potential matches for mutual exchanges;
View properties available for shared ownership and rent;
Use the printers and photocopiers (charged at 5p per sheet);
Grab yourself a bargain by viewing the Buy and Sell board.

Saturday Opening at Atholl House

Since 9th January 2010, we have undertaken a pilot project to open Atholl House on Saturdays between 10am and 1pm. During this time we have carefully recorded and monitored customer data.

Based on these findings we have decided to cease Saturday opening at Atholl House as it was providing our customers with poor value for money. Saturday opening at Atholl House was an experiment, we shall continue to look for ways to offer greater choice and improve the accessibility of our services to customers.
