Customer Services

Our Customer Service team comprises Customer Service Assistants based at Atholl House for face-to-face advice, and our Customer Service Advisors, at the other end of the telephone. They can:

  • Tell you your account balance;
  • Take a payment by credit or debit card;
  • Log reports of antisocial behaviour;
  • Log repairs and update you on progress;
  • Provide advise on your housing options.
