There are various ways in which you can become a homeowner. If you already live in one of our homes you may be able to buy your home through Right to Buy or Acquire.

Alternatively you could become a shared owner through New Build HomeBuy or rent a home for a defined period before buying a share through Rent to HomeBuy.

The majority of CHP’s new homes for shared ownership are allocated to applicants nominated to us by our local authority partners from their housing waiting lists and HomeBuy agents.

If you are looking for one of our affordable homes in Essex we will always be happy to discuss your requirements but you should contact the local council and ask to be placed on their housing register. You should also register with HomeBuy.
