Transfers

Twenty five percent of our available properties are offered to residents registered on our transfer list. If you are one of our tenants and hold an Assured tenancy you can register your name on the list.

To register you will need to complete and return the Application to Transfer form (pdf). Alternatively, complete and submit the Transfer Form online. The information you provide will allow us to apply an appropriate priority (called a banding number) and size of property you would be eligible for.

Your transfer application will be dealt with under the
Choice Based Lettings scheme, which gives you more
choice about where you live. Instead of being allocated a property, you must express an interest in a
property you like, which is suitable for your needs.
Properties available or coming soon will be advertised in the HomeOption magazine and website.

To accept you on the transfer list and to be given a transfer offer, you must:
  • be keeping your existing home in an acceptable condition
  • be up to date with your rent and any other payments to us.
