Continuing protection for our customers

We are continuing with our pledge not to evict anyone from any of our properties for falling behind on their rent as a result of coronavirus.

Mary Gibbons, Chief Executive said: “We recognise that many of our customers’ will have been hit hard by the pandemic, which means they may be struggling to pay their rent at this time. Sadly the financial impact will be long-term for many people, so it’s only right that we continue to do all we can to support our customers. Therefore we will continue with our commitment not to evict anyone who has fallen behind on their rent due to coronavirus.”

We ask that anyone who has concerns about being able to pay their rent contacts us on 0300 555 0500, and we will do what we can to help. We can also help you claim any benefits you may be entitled to. More information on that is available here -
