This week the UK Government has released details of its COVID-19 Recovery Strategy. This includes a roadmap for how and when the country will gradually move out of lockdown.
We are currently analysing the detail of the Recovery Strategy and the effect this may have on the services we provide to our customers.
The safety of our customers and teams remains our top priority. We will not make any changes to our services until we are sure this can be done safely and within the Government guidelines.
This means we are still carrying out an emergency repairs service and a revised grounds maintenance and cleaning service. We are also continuing to make regular contact with thousands of our more vulnerable customers, to check if they need any additional support at this time.
As soon as we are able to change any of the services we provide we will update our website and social media channels. We thank our customers for their continued patience and understanding at this time.
