Customer engagement - have your say
We care about our customers and communities and we are determined to make a difference. This means being bold and open-minded in our pursuit of solutions to help people transform their lives.
So, we created our Customer Engagement Strategy [pdf] 1MB to enable you to have your say on the services we provide. We share ideas and information with you, and we provide opportunities for you to help shape how our services will look in the future. We ask for feedback and opinions and we welcome you to hold us to account. We will be offering a wide range of engagement opportunities, from face-to-face meetings to online sessions, so you can get involved in a way that suits you.
We have lots of fantastic groups that you can join. If you’d like to influence our policies, join our Sounding Board and share your opinions with us. If you’d like to be part of a ‘collective voice’ for customers then join our Customer Review Panel. You will be able to contribute online or in face-to-face meetings.
If you have ideas about how you think we could improve our services or what we could offer your community for example, you could join our Bright Ideas Suggestion Scheme. If you want to be consulted on major works in your neighbourhood then join our Homeowners Consultation. If you’d like to learn more about the work we do to keep our buildings safe join the Building Safety Group. We also have a Repairs and Planned Maintenance Group if you’d like to have more of a say on the work we carry out in our homes.
If you think we could communicate with you better, join our Your Views on Our News group and help shape our future communications. We also have a variety of focus groups where you can influence our research, or if you prefer to complete surveys, then we’ve got those too. To have your say, you don’t need any previous experience: just enthusiasm and a desire to work with us to improve our services. You will have the opportunity to be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win a £25 voucher.
