Estate services are managed by our team of Estate Rangers across Essex. They check all communal areas once a month to ensure they are clean, tidy and safe. They also report communal repairs where necessary and monitor our cleaning contractor Accuro.
Rangers and other members of the Quality of Life Team, are accredited under the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS).
The team tackle issues such as graffiti and abandoned vehicles, as well as monitoring the increasing problem of fly tipping. They will recharge anyone caught disposing of their unwanted items or domestic waste inappropriately. They also monitor our in-house Grounds Maintenance team who maintain our communal gardens and shared areas.
Your Waste, Your Responsiblity
It is important customers place their waste in the correct bins provided. Local authorities have their own policies and arrangements for collection, but customers are responsible for disposing of waste correctly. Should you have any questions regarding recycling or waste, please contact your local authority refuse teams.
