I am getting Universal Credit under the non-digital service. What happens to my claim now that my area has the digital service?
When you are notified by the DWP, you will need to set up your claim on the digital service. There will be a strict deadline by which you must do this. If you miss the deadline your Universal Credit claim will be suspended. If you need assistance or advice about this, speak to your Work Coach as soon as possible or contact us on 0300 555 0500.
