Gas

A faulty gas, oil or solid fuel appliance can produce carbon monoxide, which is hazardous to you and your family’s health and may even be fatal. A poorly maintained appliance can also be wasteful, resulting in higher energy bills and unnecessary damage to the environment. An annual service will highlight potential problems with your appliance(s).

Residents

We are legally required to service all gas heating and hot water systems in your home every year. We also carry out an annual safety check to oil, renewable and solid fuel appliances. We will contact you to arrange for a qualified engineer (Aaron Services Limited to attend for gas, oil and renewables and Clean Sweep for solid fuel) to service your appliance(s) at a convenient time. Failure to allow us access or to keep pre-arranged appointments could lead to court action.

If you think there is a problem with your boiler or gas appliances do not attempt to fix it yourself. Please contact us on 0300 555 0500.
