Making a payment

You can make a payment or check your account balance and recent transactions by signing up or logging into our customer portal My Home online.

If you are having difficulty meeting your payments, or would like to discuss your rent, universal credit or housing benefit, please contact the income management team by emailing imt@chp.org.uk or call us on 0300 555 0500.

You can also pay your rent in any of the following ways:
