You can make a payment or check your account balance and recent transactions by signing up or logging into our customer portal My Home online.

If you are having difficulty meeting your payments, or would like to discuss your rent or housing benefit, please contact the income management team by emailing: imt at chp dot org dot uk or call us on 0300 555 0500.

  1. Are rent free weeks included in Direct Debit payments?

    Yes, all of our tenants who are charged on a weekly basis, get rent free weeks regardless of how their rent is paid. We will collect your Direct Debit over twelve instalments per year. Each calendar month, we will collect four weeks rent plus a contribution to any arrears. This makes a total collection of 48 weeks rent in the year.

  2. How do I request a rent statement?

  3. If I am in arrears, am I still entitled to the rent free weeks?

    Yes, you will still get the rent free weeks but will be expected to pay towards these arrears during these weeks.

  4. When do you review my rent?

    We review your rent every year. We won’t change your rent without giving you four weeks’ notice.
