Introducing our new Chair of the Board of Trustees - Nicola Sawford

Nicola is a qualified chartered accountant and brings a wealth of experience to our Board, having spent 11 years as Chief Executive of Serle Court, a leading barristers' chambers.

This year she was named by Cranfield University as one of the 100 Women to Watch 2018. Nicola is also Trustee of charities including Changing Faces, which aims to create a society which fully accepts and values people with a disfigurement, and The Access to Justice Foundation, which improves legal advice and information for the most vulnerable in society.

Nicola has been a member of our Board for over a year, joining vice-chair Neil Fisher and existing members Stephen Bennett, Rosemary Braithwaite, Peter Cogan, Marc Noaro, Robin Tebbutt and Joanna Wanmer. Find out more about them.

Our trustees have overall responsibility for setting our strategic objectives and monitoring our performance against them, including how we manage our finances, resources and services.

Nicola takes over from Keith Andrew whose tenure ended at the beginning of the month. Two new Board Trustees have been appointed and will be announced shortly.
