Applicants sought

alt= We’re working with 12 other housing associations and corporate innovation specialist, LMarks, to launch HouseMark Evolve.

Led by HouseMark, the programme is seeking applicants to put forward new and innovative ways to meet the current challenges facing the housing industry.

The programme is looking to collaborate with businesses by providing solutions to house building, repairs and maintenance processes, older and vulnerable people, as well as engaging with social housing tenants using digital channels, data management and behavioural insights.

Successful applicants will not only have access to a free London office space but also to senior mentors and potential investors during the 12 week programme

Stuart Marks, Chairman at L Marks and serial entrepreneur, said: “HouseMark Evolve is a fantastic opportunity for start-ups to get to know the opportunities that exist in this exciting and essential market.

“Not only will the start-ups involved gain access to superb mentorship and potential investment, they will be helping to improve thousands of lives by addressing real issues within the UK social housing market. We are excited to help the sector move towards a more innovative way of working and ensure that the sector’s first ever programme is a success.”

Applications are now open and companies have until midnight on Sunday 9th October 2016 to submit their applications. Simply visit www.housemarkevolve.com to get involved.
