‘A first class service that’s very helpful’, ‘the Hub was great in helping me find jobs’ and ‘the Hub staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming’ was just some of the feedback our Parkside Community Hub received after carrying out a survey into the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service.
After supplying feedback forms to those taking part in IAG sessions – so they could see if there was anything they could improve – respondents overwhelmingly agreed that the service was very good. Based on the number of feedback responses it was found that 67% of those who used the service have gone on to gain employment.
“We’re always delighted to hear that those who use our service are overjoyed with it,” said Debbie Willson, Parkside Community Hub manager. “The respondents only had one suggestion, to open the IT suite for longer, so we now open it in the mornings three times a week as previously it was only available in the afternoon.”
