We want our customers to trust us and have faith in the decisions we make. We plan to introduce a new measure to track customer trust, so we can monitor how we are doing and where we need to improve.
As this is all about customers, we really want you to be involved in this. We are holding an online session on Friday 26 February where we will discuss what trust means to you and how we can strengthen the trust you have in us. We will look at the things that matter most to you.
