10,000th home launched

We are delighted to announce that we have launched our 10,000th home in Dovercourt Harwich with support from Homes England.

Built on the former Delfords factory the 66 new homes will convert a derelict brownfield site blighted by antisocial behaviour into a new thriving neighbourhood and help transform the lives of its new residents.
