You can register or log in to your new online account here. You’ll have instant access to lots of information relating to your home and you’ll be able to access a wide range of services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To register you’ll need your customer reference number (a 14-digit number you can find in your welcome pack, on letters from us, your rent statement or on the existing My home online area).
If you are a registered user of My home, you can still access this service until 1st March 2021. You’ll need to register for a new online account to access our new service by this date.
