Meet the Ombudsman

Details

The Housing Ombudsman is an organisation set up by Government to resolve dissatisfaction involving housing providers. The service is available if you have a complaint that you don’t think has been dealt with well or if you're unhappy with the outcome. This event is for our customers and anyone else in Essex who lives in a housing association or council property and it will be an opportunity to find out more about the service and how it can help you.
