Creative dance and movement classes for older adults.
Cost: £5.00 per class (includes refreshments)
Free transport available for CHP residents, open to all.
Classes include a combination of seated and standing work and can be adapted for those living with health conditions. Carers and loved ones are welcome to attend. Classes deliver dance content that focuses on mobilisation,coordination and stability, but above all, offer older adults a safe and social environment to enjoy and practice a shared endeavour. All this is topped off with time for tea, biscuits and a chat at the end of each session to ensure we speak with our neighbours and friends so no-one ever feels alone.
