"As the end of my apprenticeship draws closer, I have been working hard to complete my qualification.
"Since my last blog the main thing I have been doing is completing an on-site portfolio. This means that an assessor from my college will come to watch me carry out a job to make sure that it is done correctly. An example of what he got me to do was set up the temperature controls in a heating system, which was about half a day’s work. This is a very important part of my apprenticeship and will go towards my NVQ level 3 qualification."
