A leaseholder may be anyone who has bought a flat or house from us under any of the following:
What is a lease?
A lease is a legal agreement between us as the landlord (the freeholder or head lessee) and you as the leaseholder.
The lease sets out the obligations of both the leaseholder and the landlord and/or freeholder. It gives the leaseholder rights over the property for a fixed number of years. During that time you are able to sell the lease of the property to another person and / or company.
