    OUR Income Management team has been shortlisted for a national award after they helped over 300 residents negotiate welfare reform changes in one year.

    WE have recently received a report from one of our residents that they were the victim of a scam after they were duped into handing cash over to two men posing as Chelmsford City Council workers.
