Monday – Friday: 8am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. You can still call us outside of these hours to report an emergency repair.

Emergency repairs are anything that presents a safety concern or real danger to you or your home, including major damage to the building, flooding, faulty electrics, no heating, lots of mould, or an unsecure property. It also includes situations where there’s major inconvenience to occupants, such as no electricity, blocked drains, or leaks. If we’re called out to a repair that’s not an emergency through our out of hours service, you may be charged.
