Flexible and agile working
We focus on outcomes not presenteeism and encourage our teams to decide where they work. For some, this will be in our communities. For others this may be booking a desk or using a collaboration space at our office, or working at home. We also recognise that people have commitments outside of work and try to accommodate the flexibility you need.
All employees are auto-enrolled into our group personal pension plan. You can choose how much you’d like to contribute, and we’ll pay double your contribution up to a maximum of 12 percent.
We operate a free life assurance scheme for all employees. This means we’ll pay a designated beneficiary a sum of money should the insured employee pass away whilst in employment with us.
Access to hundreds of exciting offers through our employee discount programme, CHPerks. From groceries to gardening, electronics to fashion, holidays and even home utilities, there are lots of ways you can save money.
