We’ve put in place lots of ways for you to share your opinions and help shape what we do. We think it’s important that you have a voice in what we do and how we do it. This includes forums about the work we carry out in homes and how we keep your home and all our buildings safe. There are opportunities to influence our policies and how we communicate with you.
