Our webchat service is closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If we’re called out to a repair that’s not an emergency, you may be charged. An emergency repair is anything that presents a safety concern or real danger to you or your home, including major damage to the building, flooding, faulty electrics, no heating, lots of mould, or an unsecure property. It also includes situations where there’s major inconvenience to occupants such as no electricity, blocked drains, or leaks.
