    CHP is a fantastic place to work with great career opportunities, as well as great colleagues to work alongside every day who really care about the work we do. I’ve really enjoyed developing my career and gaining my qualifications here. I started in our Customer Resolution Centre and had fantastic opportunities to work across many areas in housing which has led to my role as District Manager and a chartered member of the Charted Institute of Housing (CIH).

    I’ve worked at CHP for 19 years and the company have been a fantastic support allowing me to work flexibly. I have two young children and sometimes have to do the school run. By enabling me to tailor my hours, CHP ensures I have a healthy work-life balance. I’ve also been able to do a part-time Law degree with the Open University.

    Since joining CHP in August 2019, I’ve experienced a wide range of different aspects of my industry. This has helped me to gain new skills like working in a team, building my problem solving skills and achieving customer satisfaction. Throughout my apprenticeship I’ve been supported with on-the-job experience working alongside skilled team members and have expanded my knowledge and skill set through training.
