What we do

We provide affordable homes to help meet the local housing shortage in the eastern region of England. We make sure that the homes we provide are warm, safe and decent. But we don’t stop there, we want to help transform our customers’ lives and the communities they live in. For example, we provide our customers with benefit advice and support if they’re experiencing problems such as anti-social behaviour or domestic abuse.

We have ambitious plans to build 365 homes a year, which is a new home every day. We work with a range of housebuilders to deliver good quality homes, but we want to do even more to help tackle the housing crisis.
