What we do

We provide affordable homes to help meet the local housing shortage in the eastern region of England. We make sure that the homes we provide are warm, safe and decent. But we don’t stop there, we want to help transform our customers’ lives and the communities they live in. For example, we provide our customers with benefit advice and support if they’re experiencing problems such as anti-social behaviour or domestic abuse.

We own and manage over 12,500 homes and provide services for over 27,700 customers. This year, 99.88 percent of homes we provide met the Decent Homes standard.
