LGBTQ History Month
As we continue to support LGBT+ History Month, we wanted to use this opportunity to mention pronouns and their importance in being used correctly.
We use gender pronouns all the time to identify and refer to people. Correctly using someone’s preferred pronoun is one of the most basic ways to show your respect for their gender identity.
Some of our people have started to included pronouns on their email signatures, which you may start to notice in email correspondence with us.
We’ve created a short guide to pronouns [pdf] which lists some of the most common pronouns as well as giving more general information and advice on pronouns and their importance.
