Over 200 new homes completed in Rochford
We have recently completed the final phase at our Hall Road development in Rochford, delivering 217 new affordable homes in total.
163 of these homes will be for affordable rent which will be owned and managed by us with Rochford Council nominating customers to live in these properties. 54 of the properties are for shared ownership and range from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom houses.
We have worked in partnership with Bellway Homes across all three phases on the development, which have all now been completed.
The properties are all built to Life Time Homes Standards, which will enable properties to be easily adapted in the future. This will allow our customers to stay in their own homes for much longer and keep living independently if they become less mobile. These Standards are based on the following five principles: inclusivity, accessibility, adaptability, sustainability and good value.

Work on this scheme originally started in 2014, with us joining on the first phase in December 2015, going on to partner on all three phases of the development. This scheme has delivered 600 new homes in total.
