Chelmsford Garden Community Council: Events and services

The Chelmsford Garden Community is part of Chelmsford City Council’s Local Plan to develop and improve the area. The site builds on the success of the recent Beaulieu and Channels developments and is set to create a community of around 10,000 new homes. It'll also deliver schools, community spaces, offices, and more.
The Chelmsford Garden Community Council is a new Parish Council committed to working on initiatives to benefit the community in this area.
