Improving housing management services

alt=

We’re changing the way we deliver our housing management services to better focus on what matters most to you. We’ve been forming the following specialised teams dedicated to housing and community safety:

  • The ASB & Intervention Team, who will deal with all reports of anti-social behaviour and support households affected by domestic abuse.

  • The Community Team, who will look after shared communal spaces to make sure they’re safe and pleasant for everyone.

  • A Senior Living Team dedicated to our sheltered housing schemes.

  • A Tenancy Management Team to support households who may need extra help in their homes.

  • A team of Housing Officers to manage all other housing and tenancy matters.

What does this mean for me?

The way you contact us stays the same, but your Housing Officer may change. If you already have an open enquiry or issue with us, it could be transferred to a different team. For example, if a Neighbourhood Adviser is handling your report of anti-social behaviour, it will be moved to the dedicated ASB & Intervention Team. If you’ve been working with a specific person on an ongoing issue, you can expect the new person handling the matter to contact you within a week or two to introduce themselves.

Although the structure might seem slightly more complex, each team now focuses on a narrower set of responsibilities, making it easier for us to stay on track and achieve positive outcomes for you. This will help us deliver the high-quality services you expect and deserve.

We’ve been busy implementing these changes behind the scenes, and now everything is in place, so you should experience minimal disruption.
