Join the CHP Customer Review Panel – Help us make a difference

Hello, my name is Peter Coleing, and I’m proud to Chair the CHP Customer Review Panel. We’re a small team of dedicated resident volunteers who work together to review and help improve the services provided by CHP. Together with two other groups, we’re part of the Community Voices that address some of the challenges and issues faced.
We’re looking for new members to join our friendly and supportive team. If you’re interested in developing new skills, sharing your ideas, and making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.
As well as checking CHP’s performance, we review customer feedback and make direct recommendations to CHP’s Board and Executive Management Team.
While there is a time commitment involved, tasks are shared across the group, and some of the work can be done from home using a computer.
What else should you know:
- We hold regular meetings.
- Meetings take place virtually or in person at CHP’s head office, Myriad House, or at Parkside Community Hub in Chelmsford.
- There are four formal meetings each year with the Customer Experience Committee, which link directly to CHP’s Board, and the Chair or Vice Chair attends.
- Training is provided to support you.
- Reasonable approved expenses are also covered.
