New Customer Service Director

We’re delighted to announce that Tracey Spencer has joined our executive management team as Customer Service Director.

Tracey has nearly 30 years of experience working in social housing across a variety of roles, from housing officer through to senior regional and national roles. She joins us from Hundred Houses Society, where she had held the position of Executive Operations Director since 2017. Prior to that Tracey spent over 10 years at Sanctuary Housing Association.

Commenting on her arrival, Tracey said: “I’m delighted to have joined at such an exciting time for the organisation. CHP is determined to provide more great homes across Essex but to also make a real difference in the lives of its customers.

“My passion is to deliver consistently excellent customer service. This means treating customers as individuals, understanding their views and needs, and empowering them to shape the services we provide. I’m looking forward to working with our great team and our customers to achieve our ambitious goals.”
