Homeowners' event

Calling all leaseholders and shared owners!  

Join us for our next homeowners' event on Tuesday, 18 November 2025. This will be the final session in our current series. Please note this is scheduled for a different date from the one previously communicated.

What you can expect  

This is a drop-in event where you’ll be able to meet members of our team from around the organisation. They’ll be available to offer advice, support, and answer your questions on the following topics. 

  • Leasehold Team – Questions about your lease, mortgages, or selling your home. 
  • SRC Mortgages – Support for shared owners interested in buying a bigger share in their home (staircasing), help assessing affordability, or advice for leaseholders on re-mortgaging. 
  • Neighbourhoods Team – Estate matters, management companies, or concerns around anti-social behaviour. 
  • Income and Welfare Benefits Teams – Guidance on payments, rent, or service charges, plus advice on welfare benefits. 
  • Partnerships Team – Tailored support whether your landlord is CHP, M&G, NewArch, or Legal & General Affordable Homes. 

When and where 

  • Date: Tuesday, 18 November 2025 
  • Time: 5.45pm arrival and refreshments before a 6.15pm start. Finish at 8pm  
  • Location: CHP, Myriad House, 33 Springfield Lyons Approach, Springfield, Chelmsford, CM2 5LB 
  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available, but spaces are limited, so arriving early helps secure a spot.
