CHP and its subsidiary Myriad Capital have once again been awarded an ‘A-’ credit rating in our annual review by S&P Global.

This year’s Essex Housing Awards shortlist has been announced, seeing us shortlisted in two categories. These are the Climate Action category, which recognises organisations responding to the climate crisis, and Construction Skills for the Future Builders project.
