We want to make our customers aware that we are taking the recent news about Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) very seriously.

At CHP we’re always looking for ways that we can give something back to the community and make a difference. That’s why we’ve got a Giving Something Back Working Group that’s made up of colleagues who find ways that we can support charities and the local community.

In April 2023 we received a determination report from the Housing Ombudsman following their review of a complaint relating to a customer’s dissatisfaction with our handling of defects in their home.

At CHP we’re always looking for great new ways to engage with our customers, which is why we created a community garden and allotment that customers can enjoy. If you’d like to get involved, we’re looking for customers to volunteer their time to help us maintain and enjoy these green spaces.
