If you’re selling your business and want to transfer or assign your commercial lease to someone else, you’ll have to get our permission first. You should always get help from a solicitor when transferring or assigning your lease. They can advise on the steps you need to take.
If you’re not assigning the lease to someone else, we’ll appoint a lettings agent to find a new leaseholder when the unit becomes empty.
